DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
I ordered a few bits of jewellery (nose ring, 2nipple bars and 2 nipple rings) as I urgently needed to change my new piercings as they were too long so I thought I’d order from here,
First of all customer service is aweful it took 2 weeks for my order to arrive and kept contacting customer services and the reply’s I was getting honestly didn’t seem like a reply you would get from a professional.
Secondly when my order eventually arrived there’s no way I could use any of the Jewellery! The nose ring was way to big to be one and there was no way it would fit a nose piercing, the nipple bars were even longer than the ones I was pierced with and the nipple rings were the tiniest things ever and wouldn’t even get through my nipple instead it caused a lot of bleeding and swelling! Honestly would send them back and get a refund but I doubt I’d get one and to be quite honest it wouldn’t be worth the hassle or stress!!

Never got my fricking order and your so called "customer service" that you always tell me to contact NEVER responds! I want my fricking money back because I spent a lot of money on something I didn't get. You should be ashamed!

I love the variety that you offer it is better than most other companies. The biggest issue I have is how long the order takes to be received. I understand it is international but many other companies ship internationally much faster. Also when questioned by email I was told to just wait longer twice for the same order that I had already waited almost 3 months.
Products are always packaged well and exactly as described on the website, arrived within 7 days to the UK so I'm happy! Keep being awesome you crazy factory peeps.

Do not order from this website. I ordered a month ago and never received my package. They cannot provide me a tracking number so for all I know they never sent it. I have emailed multiple times asking for a refund and they have not made it right. Don't order for here.
I have ordered from them a few times never had a problem . Nothing broken all in there own little baggy .

It's the second time I order from the crazy factory, no complaints! Really good material. The delivery took a bit longer than usual the last time due to the pandemic, I reached out to the customer service and got a very quick reply as well. Overall its a great experience.
Worst service, worst delivery sistem, worst costumer service. Never buying here again. And i dont recomend it to anyone.
